The 31th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, ECCMID 2021 will be held at Vienna, Austria between 10 - 13 April 2021. ECCMID's yearly congress attracts over 12,000 participants. It offers a wide range of sessions including keynotes, symposia, poster sessions, educational workshops, meet-the-expert sessions and more. Scientific symposia convene renowned speakers from all over the world and cover a wide range of topics in the fields of clinical microbiology, infectious diseases and infection control. A number of symposia are arranged in cooperation with ECCMID Study Groups, while others are jointly organized with partnering societies or organizations. The Meet-the-Expert Sessions are led by recognized authorities in their fields. After a short presentation, the experts will open the session for discussion, which will be driven by active audience participation.
